As Director of the Benefits Division, LeAnn has overall responsibility for the quality of work with clients, professional growth of the team, and the continuous growth of the Division. In this position, she manages a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent service to clients in the areas of Health & Welfare and Retirement Benefits. LeAnn is also a member of RCM&D’s Workforce Health Solutions Group.
As of 2012, LeAnn became adjunct faculty at Towson University, teaching a course on Wellness in the Workplace in their Human Resource Development Graduate Program.
Prior to joining RCM&D, LeAnn spent a total of 27 years with Mercer, a global human resources consulting firm. During her tenure, she worked with clients in several roles; Consultant in the Health and Benefits Practice, Relationship Manager in their Client Management Practice and as a Senior Merger and Acquisition Engagement Manager where she assisted clients through the merger and acquisition process. LeAnn began her working career at Cigna as a Group Health Underwriter.
