The Deering Institute
 
We understand the importance of hiring and maintaining a talented workforce, which is why we created the Deering Institute. The Institute was named to honor our long-time Chairman L. Patrick Deering, now Director Emeritus, who has an unwavering commitment to furthering the educational, personal, and professional opportunities of our employees. Through our Executive Development Program (EDP), recent college graduates can learn about the insurance industry while developing valuable skills that they will utilize throughout their career. Flex Time
 
We understand the need for flexibility in today’s workplace. We want every team member to feel comfortable and confident with their personal time scheduling. Upon approval, our employees may adjust their arrival and departure times or telecommute. While department staffing needs may not allow for schedule flexibility in all cases, we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible.
